Biography

Per Gunnar Tverbakk

Per Gunnar Tverbakk was the head of Galleri Otto Plonk in Bergen from 1995-98. In 1999 he worked as exhibition co-ordinator for the Nordic Institute of Contemporary Art in Helsinki. From 2000-01 he was the Managing Director of Kunstnernes Hus in Oslo. Earlier this year he co-curated Momentum 04 the Nordic Festival of Contemporary Art and is currently working as the project leader for Artistic Interruptions, a site-specific art project in Nordland, Norway. Tverbakk has also been appointed as the head of the jury for the international art commission of The Nobel Peace Center, Oslo, which opens in 2005.
