Ström’s project will consist of a specially designed map that is handed out at the fair by ten embarrassed men. The project will require the engagement of the audience in a performative element that will combine humour, shame and spectacle.

Annika Ström (b.1964) is a Swedish artist based in Hove. Recent solo exhibitions include: ‘The title of the show is too sad’, Galleria Sonia Rosso, Turin (2010); ‘Tänk att allt blev så här’, Ystad konstmuseum, Ystad (2008); and ‘Call for Demonstration’, Meta.gallery, Hove (2006). Recent group projects include: ‘No Matter. Scheitern und Kunst’, Kunsverin Hildesheim; ‘You are scripted!’, Gabriele Senn Galerie, Vienna (both 2010); ‘Social critics 1993- 2005’, Kalmar Konstmuseum, Kalmar (2009); and ‘Hamsterwheel’, Malmö Konsthall, Malmö (2008).
