Johanna Billing

Johanna Billing (born 1973) is an artist who lives and works in Stockholm. Billing works mainly with video and music through the label Make it happen. Recent exhibitions include: the first Prague Biennale; 50th Venice Biennale; the 4th Gwangju Biennale; ‘Vinyl Sky’ at Galleri Intro, Vilnius and ‘Baltic Babel’ at Rooseum, Malmö. Billing participated in the video series ‘It is hard to touch the real’ at Kunstverein München.

NIFCA was the co-commissioner of Johanna Billing’s project You Don’t Love Me Yet (2002-4). NIFCA supported the development of the You Don’t Love Me Yet tour and the presentation of the project at Frieze Art Fair in collaboration with Index and Frieze Foundation.
